A reminder that the #PubforPR auction is LIVE. And because I am enraged over where we are as a country, I will match the winning bid on my items with a donation to Everytown for Gun Safety.(And SuperAgent Marietta Zacker will join me in matching the donation on our combined item!)

There are two items of mine in the auction:

• A phone call with me and literary agent Marietta Zacker, (along with a signed book!),
• A 50-page written critique and follow-up notes of your middle grade or young adult novel

So please bid generously, and I don’t mean only on my items. There are hundreds of incredible prizes and the money is desperately needed.

On days like today, I have to remember my mantra: Help the most vulnerable. Work toward a better future. By supporting Puerto Rico and helping the advocates at Everytown do what they do, I will do both.
